We find things to “try on” to discover what you need to have more fulfillment, greater joy and deeper connection to self and others.

People working with me in coaching can be out of state and not using their insurance for a more tailored approach to achieve their goals.

Therapy is for folks looking to manage their mental health issues as we target experience with mental health and coping to reduce symptoms.

People who live in Massachusetts and are using insurance will have more focus of therapy on mental health as required by using insurance.
