I’m not the expert in your life…

But I am an expert in being curious about your story, helping you navigate where you feel stuck and developing tools to help you get to where you want to be.

I think of people as whole of thoughts, emotions, body and connection…

Our brains are much more powerful at protecting us than we realize. Sometimes this creates more anxiety/depression which can keep us feeling stuck. But so much of the new research shows how important the mind body connection is in our whole wellbeing.

This lends to exploration of mindfulness practices, boundaries, meaning making, attachment, neuroscience and identity to help clients get unstuck.

I am experienced at helping folks with…

Normalizing life experiences that can make us feel stuck or challenged

  • Grief and trauma impact our sense of wellbeing and safety and come with a wide range of emotions. We will explore what you need to support grief and trauma to navigate into your new normal.

  • Anxiety and Depression are part of our human experience, but some struggle with them more than others. That is okay,. We will work to figure out what helps you coping with them.

  • Change in jobs, moving, graduating, marriage, divorce can all create some experience with anxiety/depression and feeling unsafe. If you were forced to leap, embraced a leap, are ready to take the leap, we will navigate these changes to help you remain safe and get into thriving.

  • I work with people experiencing and exploring their gender experience. I also work with people wanting to explore their sexual sense of self and specialize in people who experience vulva pain, people who are anxious about intimacy, and people exploring more diversity in their sexual experience.

  • We are social creatures, and often want to experience love with others. I support being looking to find love/connection, deepen current relationships and while exploring our relationship to ourselves. This includes birth or chosen family, friendships and romantic relationships.

  • Pregnancy wonderful and complex experience. I work with people struggling with fertility/pregnancy, deciding to become a mother, and postpartum and parenting.

  • New medical diagnoses, and chronic health/pain issues are challenging. It is complicated by relationship to body, medical providers and navigating the medical system.

My style is different…

I want our work together to be a conversation

I find that people want to have a conversation, appreciate feedback and explore ideas. My clients want support on how to get started, setting goals, or accessing accountability without judgment. They want understanding about why they do what they do and how to become unstuck.
